The Penn Stater is no longer offering a free shuttle but will be partnering with Fullington Shuttles this Season to offer game day transportation.
Any game dates listed as ”Waitlist” status are currently unavailable for booking; requests for those dates can be sent to [email protected] to be added to the waitlist.
Please note that any changes to the home football schedule will not result in automatic adjustment to any reservations. Any cancellations or modifications must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Requests will be processed as appropriate and/or available at the time of the request.
In an effort to reduce errors and duplications, we kindly request no more than 2 rooms be reserved on any individual game weekend for the same guest. If you are making a reservation on someone else’s behalf, please be sure to provide us with the arriving guest’s name and phone number prior to arrival so we may ensure efficient check-in as well as proper connection for mobile check-in options.
We require both Friday and Saturday nights for all home football weekends with the exception of some limited delayed check-in single Saturday night rooms. Rooms are not intended for resale or transfer without proper notification to and approval from the hotel. If you are making a reservation on someone’s behalf, please include contact details of the person staying in the room. The Penn Stater Hotel may cancel any booking that is transferred or resold inappropriately, and any deposits will be forfeited. For security purposes, guests reserving multiple rooms must provide individual names of arriving guests prior to check-in..
At the time of booking, 1 night’s deposit is due. 30 days prior to arrival the remaining balance will be taken, with the credit card provided at the time of booking. At this time, 30 days prior, the reservation is non-refundable. All cancellations must be sent in writing to add to: [email protected]
Early departures are non-refundable and will be subject to a full cancellation fee or forfeit of remaining deposit.
